Track measurable essences, like #aspirin:40mg or #sleep:8h Set reminders and iMoodJournal will notify the user to track their mood on schedule throughout the day. The app will notify users to perform a full backup of their data on schedule. Configure iCloud sync to ensure your data integrity. Can see moods and some of their stats data on the colorful map if geolocation is enabled.
