BRIEF: Veterans welcome to Rotary program

Oct. 22--STERLING -- Mike Durham, retired Army colonel, will be the guest speaker at the next Sterling Noon Rotary meeting.

All veterans and community members are welcome to the noon meeting Nov. 8 at the YWCA of the Sauk Valley,412 First Ave.

Durham retired after 35 years in the military. Formerly the head chaplain at West Point Military Academy, he has served locally as an interim pastor and with the Sinnissippi Baptist Association as director of missions.
