Here is the fee schedule for EMS Agency certification, authorization and accreditation:

• Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD): $30
• Emergency Medical Technician 1 (EMT-1): $30
• Paramedic Accreditation: $75
• Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN): $40
