Public Records Act Request (PRA) Procedure

Environmental Health receives a California Public Records Act (PRA) request (verbal, written or email). The request must include the name, address, phone number, email information of the requesting party, the address or location of the requested Public Records Act information and what information is requested. Environmental. Health staff reviews the files to determine if we have the information. If we do not have any information, we would notify the requesting party that we have no information.
